In order to ensure your reservation fully fits your needs, you may sometimes not find sites through our internet reservation option.
If you are unable to make a reservation for the dates you are requesting on the KOA site, please call us at 1-800-562-4236.
We often are able to accommodate your requests by having you 'site hop' during your stay. We always try to fix your site hop before you arrive but we are often not able to do so. For those adventurous campers willing to move during their stay, you will receive a free ice cream social coupon for each night you have to site hop.
RATES AND POLICIES
There is a one time/reservation $10 site guarantee charge if you request a specific site by number or limit our ability to move you to a different site.
There's always some rules to follow. We don't have many, but we do enforce them. Our rules are here to keep you safe, help guarantee an enjoyable stay for all our guests, and keep a friendly, neighborly relationship with the local residents. We ask that you know the rules and if you have any questions, please feel free have them clarified when you register. We hate to be policemen, but failure to abide by our few rules could lead to us requesting your departure!
Our rates vary by season, site type, and day of the week. Our regular rates are Thursday through Saturday nights.
Our regular discounted rates are Sunday through Wednesday night and are based on the site type.
If you want to try one of our Big Boy On Steroids or one our other Big Boy site types, visit us during the offseason.
During most of November through February, all our RV sites are the super value rate.
Cabins and Deluxe Cabins and tent sites also priced at our super value rate during this offseason. Because of the varied rate structure, you will always get a range when we are asked: "What are your rates?" The chart below shows you the range and the only way to get an accurate quote is to speak with us or go online and book the site at koa.com. If you try to book koa.com and cannot find a site, please call us at 1(800) KOA 4236 and speak with us. Because our off-road guests have varied trailer lengths and come with multiple toys, we try to ensure you will be in a site that correctly fits your needs. Automating the reservation process for our park is difficult. If you book online and then have questions or special requests, always call us to be sure your individual needs have been addressed.
Our rates for our RV & tent sites are based on two persons/site. Extra charges apply for additional people but remember the maximum guest count /RV and tent site is 6.
Our rates for our one room cabins and deluxe handicap accessible cabin are based on four people with a maximum allowed guests/site of 4.
Our rates for our two room cabins and L74 & L75 are based on six persons with a maximum guests/site of 6. No exceptions, please. Extra people and all visitors that are not registered and paid for when you check in to your site, must stop and pay a fee when they arrive.
All site rates include 2 vehicles per site.
A truck and trailer or a motorhome and a tow are considered two vehicles. We go to great lengths to help ensure your toys are safe during your stay. Please help us by providing license plate numbers and registering all guests who stay or visit our park. Thank you.
Cabin and Deluxe Cabin Fees and Rules
Based on four persons per one room kabin site and L67 and six persons per 2 room kabin site and L74 & L75. Absolutely no more than four persons per one room kabin and L67 and no more than six persons per 2 room kabins and L74 & L75.Please, no cooking or smoking in our 1 & 2 room cabins. No smoking in our deluxe cabins (Lodges).
While pets are welcome in RV & tent sites, PLEASE HONOR OUR RULE THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT OR IN OUR LODGING ACCOMMODATION SITES!
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call the campground (541-756-4851) before the deadline listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Tent & RV Sites, Camping Cabins & Deluxe Cabins & Unique Accommodations:
14 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your ODKOA 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and special events: Prices vary and are subject to change depending on the season, holiday and local events.
